French
Bread Pizza
1/2 pound ground
beef
1 can (16 ounce) pizza
sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 loaf French bread
2 cups mozzarella cheese
In a skillet cook ground
beef until no longer pink;
drain. Stir in pizza
sauce and mushroom; set
aside. Cut bread in
half lengthwise, then into
eight pieces.
Spread meat sauce on
bread; place on a greased
baking sheet and sprinkle
with mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered at 400
degrees for 10 minutes or
until cheese is melted and
bubbly.
Yields 6 - 8 servings
