HAPPENINGS ABOUT TOWN

Warm weather has come to Edinburg.  It is glorious to feel the heat of the sun.  Weddings and anniversaries are on the June and July calendar.  Jill Kertz gets married this Saturday and Diana Sorbo's wedding is in July.  Vera and Elroy Brandvold just celebrated their 40th and Harold and Alida Flom are having an open house in July for their 50th anniversary.

Edinburg still is a great place to live!!!!

 Edinburg 2009

The August 2nd event (August the Deuce as it is called in this area) in Mountain will soon be gearing up for another year.  They always seem to have a very successful event.

Mary Langerud was mistress of ceremonies when Trinity WELCA hosted residents of the area nursing homes.

Some of the ladies who attended Diana Sorbo's wedding shower last Saturday morning.

A new sign was erected before the 125th as Edinburg being the home of Scott Guldseth, North Dakota's Mr Basketball in 1988.
